Frond Grid Refund Policy

Frond Grid software (WEFT, SPRIG, MOSAIC, CUT and other products) is sold as a digital download through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and the merchant of record. It processes all payments and all refunds.

In short

  • The software is a download. You get it right away, and it cannot be "returned". So we do not give refunds for a change of mind.
  • But if the software does not work for you and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
  • Please ask within 14 days of purchase.

When we refund (within 14 days of purchase)

  1. The software does not work on a computer that meets the system requirements on the product page, and we cannot fix the problem together with you.
  2. You were charged twice for the same order, or you bought the same product twice by mistake.
  3. The download does not work, and we cannot give you a working one.
  4. The product is clearly different from its description on frondgrid.com.

When we usually do not refund

  • You changed your mind after the purchase.
  • Your computer or host (DAW) does not meet the system requirements on the product page.
  • The software does not have a feature that the product page did not promise.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase (unless the law says otherwise).

How to ask for a refund

  1. E-mail us at moonwork740 [at] gmail [dot] com.
  2. Include your order number (it is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt), the e-mail address you used to buy, and the reason.
  3. For a technical problem, please also include: your Mac model (Apple silicon or Intel), macOS version, host (DAW) name and version, and what happens.

We will first try to fix the problem with you. If we cannot fix it, or your case is one of those listed above, we will ask Lemon Squeezy to refund you.

After a refund

  • Lemon Squeezy sends the money back to your original payment method. How long it takes depends on your bank or card company.
  • Your license ends. Please delete the software and the files you downloaded.

Your legal rights

  • This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
