MIDIの利用許諾
本ライセンスはBreak, Please. v1.1.0の正規購入に適用されます。過去の購入がある場合、その時点の条件と権利は維持されます。
認められる利用
Frond Gridは購入者に、収録MIDIを編集し、完成した個人・商用の音楽作品へ組み込む非独占的・譲渡不可の利用を許諾します。レコード、配信、演奏、映画、映像、ゲーム、広告、受託制作を含みます。Frond Gridへの追加のMIDI使用料やクレジット表記は不要です。使用する音源や他素材の利用許諾はご自身で確保してください。
共同制作
特定の完成作品を制作するために必要な範囲で、共同制作者とMIDIを共有できます。共同制作者が独立した制作素材として保管・再利用・再配布・販売することはできません。
認められない利用
元のMIDIまたは修正したMIDIを、MIDIファイル、テンプレート、コンストラクションキット、サンプル集、MIDIパック、ダウンロード可能なプロジェクト素材、学習用データセットその他の再利用可能な制作素材として、販売・再許諾・アップロード・共有・再配布することはできません。他の購入者も同じパターンを使えるため、パターン自体の独占的所有権を主張できません。独占素材登録やContent ID登録への適格性を保証するものではありません。
内容と権利
商品はMIDIと説明書のみです。音源、プラグイン、プリセット、オーディオ、デモ録音、DAWプロジェクトは含まず、それらへの権利を付与しません。試聴の音色は購入ファイルに含まれません。
法令上の権利

The MIDI license
This license applies to a lawful purchase of Break, Please. v1.1.0. Earlier purchases, if any, retain the terms and rights applicable when ordered.
PERMITTED USE
Frond Grid grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit the included MIDI and incorporate it in finished personal and commercial music, including records, streaming, performance, film, video, games, advertising and commissioned work. No additional MIDI royalty or credit to Frond Grid is required. You remain responsible for the licenses of instruments and other material you use.
COLLABORATION
You may share the MIDI with collaborators only as needed to make your specific finished work. A collaborator must not keep, reuse, redistribute or sell it as a standalone production resource.
RESTRICTIONS
Do not sell, sublicense, upload, share or redistribute the original or modified MIDI as MIDI files, templates, construction kits, sample or MIDI packs, downloadable project resources, training datasets or other reusable production material. Do not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying patterns; other customers can use the same patterns. This license does not guarantee eligibility for exclusive-content or Content ID registration.
CONTENTS AND RIGHTS
The product contains MIDI and documentation only. It does not include or grant rights to instruments, plugins, presets, audio, demo recordings or DAW projects. The preview sounds are not part of the purchased files.
MANDATORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this license limits mandatory consumer rights or rights under Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and refund decisions. 허용되는 사용
Frond Grid는 구매자에게 포함된 MIDI를 편집하고 완성된 개인·상업 음악에 사용할 수 있는 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 음반, 스트리밍, 공연, 영화, 영상, 게임, 광고, 의뢰 제작을 포함합니다. Frond Grid에 추가 MIDI 사용료나 크레딧을 제공할 필요는 없습니다. 사용한 악기와 다른 소재의 라이선스는 구매자가 확보해야 합니다.
공동 작업
특정 완성 작품을 만드는 데 필요한 범위에서만 공동 작업자와 MIDI를 공유할 수 있습니다. 공동 작업자는 독립적인 제작 소재로 보관·재사용·재배포·판매할 수 없습니다.
제한
원본 또는 수정한 MIDI를 MIDI 파일, 템플릿, 컨스트럭션 키트, 샘플 또는 MIDI 팩, 다운로드 가능한 프로젝트 소재, 학습 데이터셋, 기타 재사용 가능한 제작 소재로 판매·재허가·업로드·공유·재배포할 수 없습니다. 다른 구매자도 같은 패턴을 사용할 수 있으므로 패턴 자체의 독점 소유권을 주장할 수 없습니다. 독점 콘텐츠 또는 Content ID 등록 자격을 보장하지 않습니다.
내용과 권리
상품에는 MIDI와 문서만 들어 있습니다. 악기, 플러그인, 프리셋, 오디오, 데모 녹음, DAW 프로젝트는 포함하지 않으며 이에 대한 권리를 부여하지 않습니다. 미리 듣기의 음색은 구매 파일에 포함되지 않습니다.
