This website
The Frond Grid site does not include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising or an email signup form. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process technical request data and security cookies. Audio is served from the same site.
Checkout and delivery
When you continue to checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record. It collects and processes the information needed for payment, fraud prevention, tax, receipts, delivery, refunds and chargebacks. Frond Grid may receive order and customer information made available in the seller dashboard so we can deliver the product and provide support. Card data is handled by the payment provider and is not collected on this website.
Support email
If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, order information and attachments you choose to send through Gmail. We use them to answer, verify an order, replace files and handle a refund request. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.
Retention, access and international processing
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy and Google may process data in countries outside your own under their policies. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information controlled by Frond Grid; legal and transaction records may need to be retained.
