LITTLE MOVES / CUSTOMER LICENSE v1.1
Use the MIDI in finished work.
Effective 17 September 2026. This license is granted by Frond Grid to the person who lawfully purchases Little Moves.
What you may do
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit the included MIDI and use it in finished music you make. Finished work may be released commercially or non-commercially in records, streaming releases, live performance, video, film, games, advertising and commissioned work. No additional MIDI royalty or credit to Frond Grid is required.
Collaboration
You may share the MIDI with a collaborator only as needed to make your specific finished work. The collaborator must not keep, reuse, redistribute or sell the MIDI as a standalone production resource.
What you may not do
Do not sell, sublicense, upload, share or redistribute the MIDI, whether original or modified, as MIDI files, templates, construction kits, sample or MIDI packs, downloadable project resources, training datasets or any other reusable production material. You may not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying patterns; other customers may use the same patterns.
What is included
The product contains MIDI and documentation only. It does not include or grant rights to drum instruments, plugins, presets, preview audio or demo songs. You are responsible for licenses covering instruments and other material used in your finished work.
Refunds and mandatory rights
No voluntary change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds are offered. For failed downloads, missing or corrupt files, material differences from the description or double charges, contact support with your order number. We investigate and provide working files or a correction as appropriate. Mandatory rights and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and refund decisions take precedence. Earlier purchases retain their original terms and rights.
